PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a hot-water supplier which is contrived to reduce the flow resistance of water flowing through a water pipe and, in addition, the occurrence of partial boiling. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is constituted in such a way that a semicircular section and a connecting section which connects the semicircular section to a plate is provided in the plate and the circular-arcuate section of the semicircular section is formed in nearly the same shape as that of the internal circular section of the water pipe. In addition, a twisted section is provided in the connecting section so that the circular-arcuate section may become parallel to the internal surface of the water pipe.
