PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a superior fire resistant synthetic resin pipe. SOLUTION: When this fireproof three-layer pipe 10 is heated to a prescribed temperature or more by flames in a fire, a glass frit 16a in an intermediate layer 16 is melted. When the temperature increases further, the molten glass frit 16a and the synthetic resin are expanded while combined together and solidified to form a fireproof layer 74. The fireproof layer 74 is incombustible so as to be prevented from burning further by an external fire. Therefore, fire and smoke do not pass through the pipe.
