PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure of a unit building for more efficiently reinforcing a building unit having an opening part therein, and a reinforcement structure of the unit building for more efficiently connecting and reinforcing the building units adjacent to each other than a conventional frame. SOLUTION: The building unit has the opening part 3 surrounded by two vertical frames 4, 4 stretched between a floor beam 12 and a ceiling beam 13 and a horizontal frame 5 stretched between the two vertical frames 4, 4, and reinforcing frames 6 are stretched between the horizontal frame 5 and the ceiling beam 13.
