PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management system, an equipment managing method and an equipment managing device capable of performing appropriate management even when the arrival order of data is inverted from its transmitting order. SOLUTION: When a data terminal 1 managing a copying machine newly receivers a main including a command from a center, the terminal 1 compares the transmission date and hour 1 of the newly arrived mail with the transmission date and hour 2 of the latest mail among pieces of previously arrived mail including the same type of a command (S803) and performs processing on the basis of the command of the newly arrived mail only when the date and hour 1 are newer than the date and hour 2 (S811). Meanwhile, when the date and hour 1 are older than the date and hour 2, the newly arrived data are nullified and the situation is reported to the center (S821).
