PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain registration, change, etc., of an image file in the form of application format on the market such as 'Ichitaro', WORD and HTML. SOLUTION: An image analysis part 1 analyzes the image data including the mixed character and graphic data which are read by a scanner and separates these two read data from each other. A data form conversion/ registration part 2 converts the character data part into an application form that is previously designated on the market, converts the image data part into an application form file on the market that can be referred to and edited via an application on the market and registers the application form file into an electronic file of the registering destination that is previously designated.
