PURPOSE: A process for preparing liquor using tea leaves by pouring a suitable amount of tea leaves in the form of powder by a fermented degree of crude liquor in the second fermenting process is provided. Whereby, the liquor has taste and flavor of tea without detriment to remedial result and nutritive elements contained in tea leaves. CONSTITUTION: The liquor is obtained by the following procedure: steaming rice to produce hard-boiled rice in the first stage; preparing malt; preparing crude liquor by pouring water into the malt and hard-boiled rice and fermenting in the first stage; and preparing liquor by mixing the crude liquor with hard-boiled rice fermented in the second stage and water, wherein 1 to 8% by weight of powder of scorched tea leaves is added in the fermenting process for producing crude liquor. |
