PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that can attain the finish of bright color development caused by light interference that can be observed from any angle. SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above object, the cosmetic according to this invention includes 0.1-50 wt.% of spherical and photoscattering powder and 0.1-50 wt.% of high Chorma powder that satisfies any of conditons described in the followings (i)-(iv) according to the Munsell color system: (i) the Chroma(C) is >=5.0, when Haze(H) is in P, RP R areas; (ii) the Chroma(C) is >=2.5, when Haze(H) is in YR, Y areas; (iii) the Chroma(C) is >=3.0, when Haze(H) is in GY, G, BG areas; and (iv) the Chroma(C) is >=7.3, when Haze(H) is in B, PB areas.
