PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a polyester composition having properties of a polyester and properties of particles in combination and having suppressed deterioration of the polyester which is a matrix resin even when formed into a molded product and having excellent characteristics and features when used especially as a film etc., and the film. SOLUTION: This polyester composition is characterized as comprising 25-90 wt.% of the particles in a polyester resin formed from a dicarboxylic acid or its derivative unit and a diol or its derivative unit and having 10-100 equivalents/ton content of carboxy terminal groups and <=5 wt.% content of a diol condensate in the polyester composition. The polyester film is characterized as comprising the polyester composition and a laminated film is characterized as composing at least one layer thereof of a layer composed of the polyester composition.
