PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt cover for a bed and bedspread slip-down preventive device using the quilt cover which can prevent the slip-down of a bedspread with reliability by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Along one side of the quilt cover, a plurality of tying strips are fixed at intervals. The bedspread can be prevented from slipping down by tying the tying strips of the quilt cover to a plurality of loop strips or pipes tied at intervals to a frame plate on one side of the bed.
