PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent powder cosmetics from hardening and at the same time from leaking without requiring a high formation accuracy for a refill container. SOLUTION: In a refill container A, a container body 1 is constituted by integrating a bottom plate 1a that is flexible and nearly flat, a side plate 1b that is flexed toward the outside or inside, and an opening part 1d, and a ring 7 where a stiff and projecting rib 7a is provided around the opening part 1d. A net frame 2 where a net body 2b is subjected to insert formation into a gear-lock ring 2a is mounted to the ring 7, thus allowing the net body 2b to project from a flange part 2c and at the same time covering the opening part 1d with the net body 2b. By accommodating the refill container A into an accommodation part 4c having a projecting part 4d of an outer container 4 where a lid body 5 having a packing 9 is mounted so that it can be opened or closed, a compact container 6 is constituted.
