PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set for inkjet recording and a method of inkjet recording having short drying time and capable of quickly attaining high density and high image-quality in recording regardless the kinds of a printing mode (printing speed and printing image) and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The inkjet set comprises at least one kind of color ink selected from a cyan ink, a magenta ink and a yellow ink, a black ink (a) having a surface tension (γa) of <=40 mN/m and a drying time of <=5 sec, and a black ink (b) having a surface tension (γb) of >=35 mN/m and a drying time of >=15 sec, and satisfying the surface tension (γa)<the surface tension (γb). In the method of inkjet recording using the ink set, the recording is carried out at a dropping amount (Vdrop(a)) per 1 drop of <=20 ng in the black ink (a) and at a dropping amount (Vdrop(b)) per 1 drop of >=1 ng and <=40 ng in the black ink (b), at the same time. |
