PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust height under suitable vehicular body conditions. SOLUTION: A link 4 and right and left cylinders 2 are provided between an axle 1 and a frame 47, and oil chambers 2b, 2c of the cylinders 2 are communicated with each other through an accumulator 7. The oil chambers 2b, 2c of the cylinders 2 and hydraulic source 13 are connected through a direction selecting valve 8, and pressure in a circuit is detected by a pressure sensor 19. If a brake switch 21 detects a mode other than traveling mode, a key switch 20 detects engine starting, a vehicular speed sensor 33 detects that vehicular speed is 0, a limit switch 32 prohibits a lock lever 86 to be at a lock position (a work prohibitive state), a tilting sensor 34 detects that a tilting angle is 0, and a limit switch 31 detects a vehicular traveling posture; height adjustment is started, and inflow/outflow of pressure oil to a suspension circuit is controlled by selecting a direction selecting valve 8 so as to make a detected value (p) become a predetermined set value (k).
