PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesive properties of a coating film to be transferred by a transfer head to a paper surface. SOLUTION: A coating film transferring implement comprises a retaining head 13 arranged forward of the transfer head 12 to closely contact a coating film transferred from a transfer tape 4 to the paper surface P with the paper surface.
