SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate evaluation activities performed in quality management. SOLUTION: A master file F1 including a self assessment sheet for inputting evaluation data on a plurality of quality management indexes is arranged in a management server 13. The management sever 13 is accessed from the terminal 1 and only the self assessment sheet associated with a job is cut out among the self assessment sheets stored in the master file F1 and a new file is generated. Evaluation data are inputted to the self assessment sheet which has been cut out. Evaluation data showing the result of quality management are generated on the basis of the inputted evaluation data. The self assessment sheet is provided with an area to which evaluation data are inputted, an area where a point based on inputted evaluation data is displayed and an area where a reference of allotting of marks corresponding to the job is set. The evaluation points of the indexes are values obtained by processing the point obtained on the basis of the inputted evaluation data in accordance with the reference of allotting of marks.
