<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wound body without generating a defect and to restrain generation of a blister by chemical synthesis in winding the belt shape electrode plate by applying pressure. SOLUTION: Separator 17a, 18a, a belt shape counter electrode 16a and a belt shape negative electrode plate 15a are preliminarily wound on a winding axis 10, and then the winding shaft is rotated at a prescribed speed. At the same time, a second transfer shaft 16, a third transfer shaft 17 and a fourth transfer shaft 18 are rotated at a prescribed transfer speed. Thus, the prescribed tensions T2, T3, T4 are given to the belt shape counter electrode 16a and separators 17a, 18a, and the transfer speed of the first transfer shaft 15 is controlled and rotated so as to have the tension T1 of the belt shape negative electrode 15a to be higher at initial stage and becomes lower later. By this arrangement, a wound body 10a is obtained having a separator 17a, a belt shape negative electrode plate 15a, a separator 18a and a belt shape counter electrode 16a being laminated in order on the winding axis 10.</p> |
