PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an airtight terminal, which is lead-free and enables circuit mounting in a flow furnace and a press-in type cylinder type crystal vibrator which uses it. SOLUTION: At least the press-in surface of a metallic ring constituting the airtight terminal of the press-in type cylinder type crystal vibrator composed of a crystal piece, the airtight terminal and a sealed pipe is plated having tin- copper alloy of 220 deg.C or higher fusion temperature, to make the airtight terminal.
