PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system with a method to make use of heuristic knowledge and being connected to Internet in order to facilitate the knowledge of senior citizens and house wives for supporting aged persons and housekeepers who are electronic information starved and making them to participate and contribute the society. SOLUTION: The heuristic knowledge system has a knowledge gathering unit to gather knowledge data of dynamic and static image data and a supporter retrieval unit to retrieve a supporter who supports users or providers for the heuristic knowledge. The knowledge system has a heuristic knowledge- integrating unit and a knowledge register unit to resister the knowledge and store a registration fee. The system has a heuristic retrieval unit to retrieve the knowledge and store a retrieval charge. It has a calculator to process the fee and the charge and display them at terminals.
