摘要 Non-reducing dielectric ceramic contains a main component comprising a perovskite crystalline phase and an oxide composite. The ratio of the maximum peak intensity of a crystalline phase that is not the perovskite crystalline phase to the maximum peak intensity assigned to the perovskite crystalline phase appearing as eta = 25-35 deg is 5% or less in a CuK alpha X ray diffraction pattern. The main component comprising a perovskite crystalline phase satisfies the formula: (Ca1-a-b-cSraBabMgc)m(Zr1-w-x-y-zTiwMnxNiyHfz)O3 where a is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.5, b is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.5, c is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.05, a+b+c is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.5, m is greater than or equal to 0.98 and less than 1.03, w is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.6, x is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.05, y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.05, z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.3, x+y is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.5, and w+x+y+z is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 0.6 The oxide composite is selected from the group comprising (Si,T)O2-MO-MnO where T is at least one element selected from MnO and NiO and XO is at least one element selected from BaO, SrO, CaO and MgO, and (Si,T)O2-(Mn, M)O-Al2O3 where T is at least one element selected from Ti and Zr, and M is at least one element selected from Ni, Ba, Sr, Ca and Mg. An Independent claim is included for a monolithic ceramic capacitor using a number of layers of dielectric ceramic.
