The hydraulic pump or motor has a rotating rotor and rotating disc valves. The transmission ratio of the rotor shaft(1) with its components, the rotor segments(3) and gearwheel(4), to the gearwheel of the rotating disc valve shaft(6) is 2 to 1. Two cut-outs with connecting holes(8) are symmetrically formed on each rotating disc valve(7) for complete pressure compensation, and a respective connecting passage(10) is provided for the connecting channel(9) of the series-connected displacement systems.
