The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-human protease regulatory protein 10, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention further discloses a method treating various disorders, e.g., malignant neoplasm, hematopathy, HIV infection and immunological disease and various inflammations etc. The present invention also discloses an antagonist of the polypeptide and its therapeutic use. The present invention further discloses the use of the polynucleotide encoding the new human protease regulatory protein 10.
