PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reinforcement of 'a portion' of a side member to be mounted with a seat bracket to support a seat and another portion of the side member to be mounted with a bump stop to prevent upward rocking of a rear wheel by making a member on the rear wheel side abut on it. SOLUTION: A floor panel 26 is mounted to the upper end rim of a side member 8, a seat 41 is disposed in the upper part of the floor panel 26, and a seat bracket 49 to support the seat 41 is mounted to the side member 8. A bump stop 64 to prevent a rear wheel 5 from rocking upward A for a designated dimension or more by making a member on the rear wheel 5 side abut on it, when the rear wheel 5 rocks upward A for that dimension or more, is mounted to the side member 8. At least a part of the seat bracket 49 is positioned so as to superpose it on the bump stop 64 when viewing the body 2 on a plane.
