PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute the attachment structure for the lead cover installed between the drafting means for drawing the felt loop into the prescribed running route in the paper-making machine and the edge of the felt so that it may be rapidly detachable from the felt. SOLUTION: The lead cover 1 and the felt loop 2 are linked to each other via a linking tool 21 that is detachable from the felt. The linking tool is constituted so that the linking part 22 of the felt side and the linking part 23 of the lead cover side are linked by inserting the wire 26 through the common hole formed by matching the mutual center holes of the individual loops 24, 25 and they are separated from each other by pulling out the wire 26 from the common hole. Particularly, the loop is constituted in parallel with the side edges of the tape-like parts 28, 29 that can be overlapped to the felt. In addition, the tape-like material constituting the linking part on the felt side is sewed via the fitting sheet 30 to the felt.
