PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect frequency components of a signal which is originally inputted and a signal having no image multiple response by visually confirming a frequency spectrum waveform. SOLUTION: A sweep frequency range setting means 22 sets two local oscillation frequency sweep ranges according to the frequencies of a local oscillation signal b and an intermediate-frequency signal c so as to sweep a measured signal a within the specific frequency range. The measured signal a is swept while the two set local oscillation frequency ranges are alternated. A display control means 23 displays the frequency component of the measured signal a in red at a display part 15 when the signal is swept in one local oscillation frequency sweep range and also superimposes the frequency component of the measured signal a in blue at the display part 15 where the frequency component of the measured signal a is displayed in red when the signal is swept in the other local oscillation frequency sweep range.
