PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetics including powder of surface treated minute particles, excellent in sense of use, exhibiting excellent aging stability. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type cosmetics include the powder of surface treated minute particles having surface treated with an organic silicone compound and having a treating amount of the organic silicone compound/minute particles powder = 10/100-30/100, a silicone oil, a long chain alkyl including polyoxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane and water.
