A manhole having a gate valve is provided to facilitate installation work for the manhole by allowing the manhole to be installed in a vertical state without being inclined. A manhole comprises a base block(10). A masonry pipe(20) is installed on the base block(10) and a PE wall pipe(30) is settled on the masonry pipe(20). A plurality of manhole cover supports(40) are fixed to an upper end portion of the PE wall pipe(30). Each manhole cover support(40) includes a fixing section fixed to the upper end portion of the PE wall pipe(30) and a support section extending from the fixing section. A manhole cover support plate(50) is supported by the manhole cover support(40). A manhole cover(60) is fixedly installed on the manhole cover support plate(50). |
