PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular film for taste inspection with selective responsivity to saltiness, acidity, and umami. SOLUTION: In the molecular film for taste inspection formed in the shape of a film by mixing a high molecular material with lipid, membrane potential is changed by a taste substance in a liquid. The high molecular material of 800 mg contains lipid of 1000 mg or more with potential of predetermined polarity and lipid of 0-200 mg without potential as a plasticizer in proportions, and the molecular film shows noticeable responsivity to salty substances. |
