PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the capacity of a thermal storage bath by using remaining thermal storage in the thermal storage bath effectively and hence operating a heat pump efficiently. SOLUTION: In the primary side operation method of an ice thermal storage air-conditioning system for storing heat in a thermal storage bath 1 and utilizing the stored heat for air conditioning, sensible heat operation is made by the remaining thermal storage in the thermal storage bath 1 after fusion operation is completed, at the same time heat is stored in a building frame 28 of a building, then the evaporation temperature of a heat pump 20 is adjusted for water- cooling operation, heat is further stored at the building frame 28, and then the evaporation temperature of the heat pump 20 is reduced for performing ice-making operation. |
