PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable correction work for an inner circumferential part under water while attaining safety upon execution of work without the provision of any special equipment. SOLUTION: This device comprises an upstream partitioning wall 14 and a downstream partitioning wall 16 being disposed in the axial direction of a sewage pipeline 10 at an interval while having a tube 12 expandable/shrinkable at their outer peripheries and a bypass pipe 18 penetrating the walls 14, 16 and making an upstream part of the upstream partitioning wall 14 and a downstream part of the downstream partitioning wall 16. At first, the device that is movable in the sewage pipeline 10 is moved to a place of the sewage pipe 10 to be repaired. Then, a tube is expanded to be brought into close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the sewage pipeline and sewage is made to flow in the bypass pipe 18. Thereafter, sewage in a space 22 of the pipeline 10 surrounded by the walls 14, 16 is taken out, and then the pipeline 10 is corrected in the space 22.
