PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to prevent the damage of an image on a photograph when a photograph print is used in the circulation route of a sheet feeder system. SOLUTION: A photograph print feeder comprises a peripheral device 105 having a scanning surface 154; and a component housing 112 situated on a scanning surface. In this case, a device 100 to situate a document 150 on a scanning surface is constituted that the component housing 112 consists of an inside belt 132, an outside belt 134 to effect a relative action with the inside belt adjoining to a scanning surface 154, a belt motor 138 to circulate the inside belt, a tray 140 to contain a document, and a roller motor 136 to move each of documents in the tray to a place where the inside belt 132 and the outside belt 134 effect a relative action with the document.
