PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely strongly connect and fix both connecting rings without using a flux by forming a solder plating layer on one of contact faces of both connecting rings provided for connecting a flexible portion and an angulation part and forming a metal plating layer which improves soldering on another side. SOLUTION: Between the connecting ring 30 on the angulation part side and the connecting ring 31 on the flexible portion side, the solder plating layer 32 is formed on the outer peripheral face of the connecting ring 30 on the angulation part side positioned inside and the metal plating layer 33 consisting of gold, etc., is formed on the outer peripheral face of the connecting ring 31 on the flexible portion side positioned outside and under a condition where the solder plating layer 32 and the metal plating layer 33 are brought into contact with each other, the solder plating layer 32 is melted by heating the connecting ring 31 on the side on its outer peripheral side to the fitting part between the connecting ring 30 on the angulation part side and the connecting ring 31 on the flexible portion side and by bringing the metal plating layer 33 into a softened or melted condition, the bonding part is fixed.
