PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe which enables prevention of the tampering of a medicinal liquid held inside as well as the denaturalization of the medicinal liquid caused by oxygen. SOLUTION: This prefilled syringe contains a syringe outer cylinder 1 made of glass, a seal member 5 mounted on a medicinal liquid delivery port 11 of the syringe outer cylinder 1, a tip member 2 mounted on the medicinal liquid delivery port 11 of the syringe outer cylinder 1 from above the seal member 5, a closure member 4, a cap member 3 and a keeper member 6. A through hole 51 is formed axially in the seal member 5. The tip member 2 has a skirt 24 provided with an engaging pawl 25 on a lower end inner wall thereof, a top surface 23, an injection needle mounting part 21 and a medicinal liquid lead part 22 and is provided with a medicinal liquid path 28. The closure member 4 is inserted through the medicinal liquid path 28 and the through hole 51 to close the through hole 51. |
