PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop wire through which a guide wire is inserted so as to projected forward from the apex of an apex part main body and to reduce sliding resistance to the guide wire so as to be easily and smoothly inserted into a narrow body cavity pipe under a condition where it becomes approximately in parallel to the guide wire. SOLUTION: The distal end main body 34 continuously arranged to an insertion portion 31 of an ultrasonic probe is constituted by fixing an apex block 34b on a rigid cylindrical section 34a and the loop wire 38 is continuously arranged to the distal block 34b. This loop wire 38 becomes a buried part 38b wherein both ends thereof are installed in the distal block 34b and the projected part from the distal block 34b is constituted of a loop part 38b of a long U-shaped part. The guide wire 20 is inserted through the loop part 38b of this loop wire 38 so as to be freely fitted.
