PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a balanced FET mixer that less outputs spurious radiation waves even at any operating ambient temperature. SOLUTION: The balanced FET mixer provided with 1st and 2nd frequency mixing FET elements placed in parallel, a signal wave distributor that distributes a signal wave into two input terminals of the 1st and 2nd FETs, and an output wave synthesizer that composites output waves from the 1st and 2nd FET elements, is provided with a balanced temperature compensation control circuit that respectively sets the gate biases of the 1st and 2nd FETs accordingly to a temperature fluctuation of the environment.
