PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents server device capable of dynamically optimizing a Web environment when a new Web function is released through a network or the like. SOLUTION: An object information register table 121 registers a contents name and an address for each of contents 120 stored in a flash memory 12. For each of contents 120, a Web server 110 registers the contents name and the address registered in the object information register table 121 into a Web contents managing table 111 on a RAM 11. When any contents 120 are requested from a client, the Web server 110 reads the address of these contents 120 out of the Web contents managing table 111 and reads these contents 120 from the relevant address on the flash memory 12.
