PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image forming characteristics by not generating a large aberration to light used in recording/reproducing and also to suitably perform recording/reproducing of signals by not generating a large deformation to a head supporting member. SOLUTION: A protruded part 17 which protrudes in the side of a catadioptric lens 13 is provided in the part on which light L used in recording/reproducing of a lens supporting member 11 makes incident. The lens supporting member 11 is positioned with the catadioptric lens 13 so that the protruded part 17 faces an aperture part 16 provided in the catadioptric lens 13, and both are joined by an optical adhesive 12. At this time, the thickness of the film of the optical adhesive 12 between the aperture part 16 of the catadioptric lens 13 being the part which light L transmits and the protruded part 17 of the lens supporting member 11 is set to be small by exerting pressurizing force along the optical axis of the catadioptric lens 13.
