PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit a program so as to be able to prevent the program having a resource to be protected from being accessed by an illegal program by effectively utilizing an access limit using a name scope. SOLUTION: This editing method includes a step (101) in which the package name of a package to which each class belongs is replaced with a single package name with respect to a Java program composed of a plurality of classes, a step (102) in which the name scope of data that are not referred to from the outside of the program in the class and can be made internal are changed into a package scope, and a step (105) in which an electronic signature is performed to the program in which the package name is replaced and the name scope is changed.
