<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make one or both of a seller and a buyer submit a diagnostic certificate of a building by making submission of the certificate compulsory and to execute sales contract of the building on the basis of the diagnostic certificate in the case of concluding a sales contract of the used building. SOLUTION: In the case of executing the sales contract of the used building such as a building, a condominium, a general building, submission of the diagnostic certificates of the building (2a), (2b) from the seller side (1), the buyer side (3) or both are made to be compulsory and the sales contract (5) is executed on the basis of the diagnostic certificates (2a), (2b).</p> |
