PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a refrigerator in which a temperature control of high precision can be realized while a frequent ON-OFF operation of the refrigerator is being avoided. SOLUTION: A refrigerator is controlled in its ON-OFF operation between an upper limit temperature and a lower limit temperature so as to control a temperature of a storing chamber 39. A time of one cycle ranging from an ON state of the refrigerator to a next ON state or from an OFF state of the refrigerator to a next OFF state is measured and a difference between the upper limit temperature and the lower limit temperature is changed in response to this measured time.
