PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store and retain the calibration history of a measuring device in a food factory. SOLUTION: In the food safety controller 14, a food item 2 to be processed, which is brought in sequentially is processed by a food processing device, a physical quantity which indicates the processing history of the processed food is measured by measuring devices 3, 6, 8, measured values are stored and retained in a measured data file 18, and the calibration of the measuring devices is executed periodically or irregularly. The controller 14 is provided with a calibration-history input screen 22a with which the record of the execution history of the periodically or irregularly executed calibration of each measuring device, the execution history and an acceptance/rejection result are input for operation. The controller 14 is provided with a calibration-result display means 28, with which a measured value measured by each measuring device is displayed and output as a calibration result. The controller 14 is provided with a calibration-execution history file 21, in which the execution history of the calibration to be operated and input, through the use of the calibration-history input screen and the acceptance/rejection result are stored and retained by referring to the displayed calibration result. |
