PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology especially suitable for an online transaction concerning an article such as electric parts whose production needs for which a large amount of facility investment and is started after conclusion of the transaction. SOLUTION: Order information including transaction conditions with a designated seller is generated and transmitted to a server by a purchase system. The order information is received by the server and the order information is transmitted to the sales system of the designated seller. The sales system generates answer information for responding to the order information and transmits it to the server. The server compares the answer information with the transaction condition in the order information and decides whether the transaction can be established or not. |
