PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation means operation simulation system by which one's own vehicle and another vehicle are displayed in real time without delay. SOLUTION: This simulation system is constituted in such a way that a plurality of computers are connected via a network, a plurality of transportation means programs are cooperated, each real-time simulation is performed by distribution or in parallel by a plurality of simulators 14 and 18 having a man- machine interface and, then, totally one real-time transportation means operation simulation is performed. The simulators 14 and 18 are respectively provided with a real-time adjusting programs 15 and 16 and the programs 15 and 16 are constituted to adjust one's own simulation time by a simulation time which is transmitted from a traffic flow management host program 3.
