HEAT SINK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mechanical strength and heat conductivity of the join of a heat sink. SOLUTION: A flat heat panel type heat sink 10H1 which has a grating- shaped refrigerant passage 22 is formed by joining an aluminum flat plate 121 and an uneven plate 141 having many depressions 18 spotted by a laser welding joint part 16 which is formed continuously along the entire peripheral edges of the plates 121 and 131 and the peripheral edge of the depressions 18. The laser welding joint part 16 joins the flat plate 121 and uneven plate 141 while high heat conductivity and high joint strength are held.
