The method of production of a liquid tarpaper containing cellulose, where the compound consisting of 30 to 50 % volume units of homogenised waste sludge containing the so-called zero cellulose fibre, 35 to 60 % volume units of asphalt-bentonitic suspensions used as a binding agent, 8 to 15 % volume units of plasticizers, 3 to 5 % volume units of water dilutive acrylate polymers, copolymers or dispersive epoxy resins and 0.15 to 0.6 % volume units of antibacterial substances, where the waste cellulose is pre-dried to 60 up to 70 % dry matter and subsequently enriched with treating antibacterial matters, while after being fiberized to a fine homogenous mass and adding the binding agent of asphalt-bentonitic suspension, the compound creates a paste-like consistent matter during tuning in a blender with concurrently adding of plasticizers and batching water.
