PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a defoaming agent composition excellent not only in initial defoaming properties but also in lasting defoaming properties. SOLUTION: The defoaming agent composition comprises a powder treated with at least one compound (A) selected from silicone oil, mineral oil, animal oil and vegetable oil and a silicone compound (B) represented by formula 1 [wherein, R1 is a 1-4C alkyl group, R2 is A (hydrogen atom) B (methyl group) or C (an 8-26C alkyl group and/or an 8-26C alkoxy group), a number ratio of A/B/C is (5-90)/(5-90)/(10-90) and (n) is 50-500].
