PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a process and also to contrive simplification of an installation in a producing method for internal trim parts for an automobile and in a forming device used for the method, in which a plurality of resin molded bodies are assembled and a decorative sheet is stuck by pressure on a part of the surface. SOLUTION: An upper die 63 for contact bonding and ultrasonic melting devices 64, 65 are provided on a vertically movable upside table 61 as the upper structure 60 of a molding device 50. A plurality of resin molded bodies 20, 30 and a decorative sheet 40 are set on a set lower die 72. Both ultrasonic welding work of the resin molded bodies 20, 30 and contact bonding work of the resin molded body 20 and the decorative sheet 40 are performed in the same mold and the same process. Simplification of an installation and shortening of a man-hour are contrived.
