PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine wherein even during a play, by changing a nail pattern, the path of a falling ball can be easily changed, while damage to a glass plate, which is caused when a ball get in between the tip of an upright nail and the glass plate, can be avoided, thereby attracting customer's attentions. SOLUTION: A movable nail 4, which can be set upright and brought down, is provided on the surface of a game board of the pachinko game machine 1.
