PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction system to solve oxidization and deterioration that occur in food's oil used in fried foods or the like and it's operation. SOLUTION: Materials comprise two potter's clay and rare metals such as neodium, graphite, and alumina are applied on the inside of an irony pan and burn at approximately 400 deg.C to form a membrane of approximately 1 mm in thickness. Deteriorated food's oil is poured into the pan and combined with an electromagnetic inducing equipment such as a hotplate. Magnetic force produced by the electromagnetic inducing equipment passes through the membrane to become ray such as strong magnetic lines of force, far infrared ray, or carbon ray and fatty acid peroxide that causes oxidization and deterioration of food's oil is decomposed to reduce the oil close to new oil. |
