PURPOSE: A method for cultivating bean sprouts by using anchovy extract is provided to serve improved flavor and quality of bean sprout containing inorganic matter such as calcium. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) getting anchovy extract by pulverizing 200g of anchovies into less than 60mesh and melting the powdered anchovies in water of 2L to be kept in a freezer; (ii) washing 1kg of sorted beans with tap water running 3times and with the anchovy extract 2times; and (iii) cultivating the washed beans for 5days with spraying the anchovy extract 2-3times and water 8times a day. |
