PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various services suitable for each case and person in various cases of daily life, without having to require troublesome procedures. SOLUTION: A provided service management table, where classifications and provision conditions of services are described for each person, is arranged. When a user is about to receive a service, personal identification information is read out from an IC card or the like, where personal identification information of this user is stored (step 21), and personal identification information inputted directly by the user at site is read (step 22), and these two personal identification information are compared with each other for identifying the user (step 23). The provided service management table is retrieved, on the basis of the result of identification of the user (step 24), and information (provision condition or the like) related to a service to be provided for the user is outputted (step 25). |
