PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer which makes it easy to connect a conductor constituting a coil to a terminal part for signal input and suppresses the breaking of a conductor. SOLUTION: A bobbin part 21 has a base part 22, a coil winding part 23 wound with a conductor 33, etc. A hole part 25 that an armature penetrates is formed in the center of the base part 22. At the end parts of the base part 22 which face each other across the hole 25, coil-side terminal parts 34 and 34 where an end part of the conductor 33 is fixed and terminal parts 35 and 35 for signal input to which signals are inputted from outside are provided. The coil-side terminal parts 34 and 34 and terminal parts 35 and 35 for signal input are electrically connected in the base part 22. The coil winding part 23 is wound with the conductor 33 to form a coil 36. The end parts of the conductor 33 are tied up to the coil-side terminal parts 34 and 34 and then fixed to the coil-side terminal parts 34 and 34 by arc welding.
